Career Developement

Passion! Are you there?

I have been always looking at those people truly living their legends as aliens. Those who are excited about their projects, those who are creative and enthusiastic about what they do and their careers. If I talk about any project in my life except work I am the same alien, alive and full of energy but I barely remember being excited about my job/career. I always thought of a moment  like in the old Japanese cartoon Ikkiyu-San when everything falls into place and I find my calling and my passion for the rest of my life in an instance but it was not the case at least for me!

I read a lot in the last couple of months and I digged deep to find my values, strengths and my inner voices. I panicked on the way that I don’t have any specific passion, and that my passion is to live my life to the fullest and enjoy the moments. Wait the second though! That is a Passion! what is greater than the fact that I want to leave this earth with amazing memories and memorable traces. So with this mindset that I have developed after some time studying, I have realized that I am definitely worthy of living my moments to the fullest and that I have to find a career to fulfill this necessity in my life.

But you know what? I am not the only one! We are all worthy of enjoying our lives, our works, our families and our moments. I guess we all agree that creating memorable moments out of workplace is not a challenge, but the challenge is work! How can we create a workplace to address this fundamental need of all human beings “To be Happy”!

So in the last couple of days without any special effort I am using any spare time I find to read and educate myself on this topic.  As part of the process I have just ordered 5 books and right after that my inner voice told me ” This is called a passion”. I have found the problem and I have all the energy in the world to solve it!

And to be honest with you it feels good, amazingly good!
